The Joe Winter Memorial Shooting Range was built and is owned by Ryan Winter on a farm in the picturesque Peebles Valley which lays between White River and Hazyview, Mpumalanga, South Africa. View Map
The range was built from scratch in accordance with the Compulsory Specifications for small arms shooting ranges as published in the Government Notice No.643 on 28 May 2004 and has been approved by the NRCS (approval no AZC 2016/026), and accredited by the South African Police Service (registration no. 3000564).
The range is owned and run as a sole proprietorship since 2014, and our facilities are available to private individuals, hunters, sport shooters, firearms instructors and their students, security companies (Regulation 21) as well as members of the various law enforcement authorities.
